Shipping: All orders will ship depending on the shipper you choose at
check out. Please note that we only use trackable shippers. (ie Fedex and UPS; Currently we only offer FedEx.) You will be emailed a tracking number
for your purchase.
Please note that all of our items are made specifically for you at time of purchase. Most items have
a custom field that needs to be filled in for you. The items you order will NOT ship the day your order them. It can take us up
to ten (10) business days to process your order (however most are processed within 48 hours and shipped.) If you need an item
by a specific time, please email us first or make note on your order so we may try and process your order to meet your needs. We
can not guarantee it however.
Refunds: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but please
understand that we can not accept returns based on buyers remorse. If the product you order has any defect in materials or
workmanship we will exchange it for you. Items that have any customization to them can not be returned for any reason other than a defect on our part.
Any items returned for exchange must be in new, unused condition. Shipping charges can not be refunded as we only charge what it costs to ship the item.
Contact must be made with us before returning any item. This is to allow us to assign a Return Merchandise Authorization number to the order after we determine if
the item qualifies for return. A return with out a RMA number can not be processed on our end. Once the product (with a RMA number assigned) arrives in our
posession, it may take 10-14 business days for us to process the transaction. A gift voucher for the amount of the return will be created and the code emailed
to you. We do not do cash refunds under any circumstance. (Please note again that we will not refund the shipping amount as we only charge what it costs to ship and
can not recover that charge.)
Order Cancellations: Sometimes things happen, and this we can understand. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason
feel free to contact us and let us know. However, there are a couple of things we need you to keep in mind. Orders that have already been
set to a processing status can not likely be canceled. This is because the item has already begun to be made. You can still try and contact
us as we may be able to catch it before hand. The other thing to know about cancellations is that once you have placed your order, we are charged
by the Credit Card Processing Company. When we refund your money, we are charged again. When we cancel your order, we will deduct 10% of the total
to cover the costs involved. We know there are some things that classify as the cost of doing business, but in this situation, it is not
us cancelling, rather it is you.
Please Notice: We no longer ship to places outside of the United States! We had to do this due to crazy shipping rates
to other countries. We no longer ship to Canada because some people feel it is OK to not pay the duties on the items and we had
to pay it which actually caused us to lose money on the sale. So no more Canada! Also, please do not bother to contact us and ask.
Although we appreciate the desire for our products, we can not and will not ship out of the U.S.. Thank you! |
